Paros Apartment Cottage
«PAROS HOUSE» is a 1930s traditional country house, fully restored and renovated to provide guests with a homey environment. Located in a calm edge of Parikia, while still being close to the town centre (5 minute walk), it can be seen as your base to explore the island.
It can comfortably accommodate from 2 up to 8 persons and is highly recommended for families and friends seeking enjoyable/cosy indoor and inspiring outdoor settings!
The space
«PAROS TRADITIONAL COUNTRY HOUSE» is spread over two floors in a total of 140sq.m. There are outdoor terraces with sitting and dining areas on two different levels with a nice view to Parikia’s town and the surrounding hills.
The property has three totally independent big bedrooms (each of which has its own private bathroom, equipped with a bath or a shower), a spacious living room with α fire place, dining areas and a fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with everything guests may need, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, on the upper floor living area there is a three seater sofa which can be converted into a double bed.
Outside there are also large terraces with sitting areas, a large dining area, a BBQ grill and a playground. The house’s private entrance provides parking for 2 to 3 cars. The whole outer space is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, trees and a vineyard.
Linen/towels are also included.
Includes: free WiFI, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and iron board, window/door screens.
Supermarket, bakery etc are in close walking distance (300m)
We highly recommend that you rent a vehicle (car, mini van, scooter etc), since the house is located in a quiet area, 700m away from the town centre of Parikia and from the beach.
